Meet the Therapists & Owners 

Eric and Brittni Williams are both Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, Ordained Pastors, and Licensed Ministers. Uproot Progressive is the fulfillment of their dream to open a private practice together. They have a passion for helping others and working with other Pastors and Ministers to improve their overall wellness, for longevity in ministry. They both hold Master's Degrees in Marriage and Family Therapy and Professional Clinical Counseling, along with degrees in Theology.

Therapeutic Delivery Methods

Individual Therapy 

This therapeutic approach allows individuals to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a safe and supportive environment. Through various techniques and strategies, therapists help clients gain insight into their challenges, develop coping skills, and work towards personal growth and healing. Individual therapy can be beneficial for addressing a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship problems. Individual sessions are rated at $155 per session. 

Couple Therapy

Our relationship counseling services are designed to help couples build healthier connections, improve communication, and navigate through conflicts and challenges. We provide a safe space for couples to explore their emotions, strengthen their bond, and cultivate a fulfilling relationship. Couple therapy sessions are rated at $180 per session.

Family/Group Therapy 

Family therapy is a form of psychological counseling that helps families improve and resolve conflicts. It focuses on understanding the dynamics within the family unit and addressing issues that affect relationships. Through guided sessions, members can express their feelings, identify patterns of behavior, and work collaboratively towards healthier interactions. This therapeutic approach fosters a supportive environment, promoting healing and stronger bonds among family members. Family/Group sessions are rated at $205 per session. 

Ministers in Therapy

Are you a Pastor, Reverend, Chaplain, Worship Leader, or Ministry Leader of any kind? Have you been in ministry for over 10 years, are you new to ministry, or in the process of becoming ordained? Wherever you are in your ministry, Uproot Progressive is here to provide an extra layer of support for your ministry-related mental health needs. Both Eric and Britt have served in ministry for over ten years and are both licensed ministers and ordained pastors. We understand the challenges that come along with ministry and learning to balance it all in a healthy way.
